OK… My husband Don thinks I’m INSANE to be giving so much stuff away.
His comment was, “You are GIVING all this away when people get started for only $25?”
I said, “YEP, PLUS I’m giving them a 100% satisfaction guaranteed too!”
Don said, “What the heck does that mean?”
I said, “Well, it means that after they get in, kick the tires, get their business set up and the bonus stuff from us, they can ask for their money back! There’s no risk at all!”
Don replied, “You are NUTS!”
I know I’m nuts, but I’m determined to help as many people as I can and that means helping YOU to make the best decision that you could ever make.
The statistics scare the living daylights out of me, and should scare you too. ONE in 100 people that reach retirement age have enough money to retire!
ONE!
We can help change that statistic by teaching you the most valuable skill in the world right now. That skill has enabled us, regardless of the…
economy
where we live
what our circumstances are
To build a financial wall around ourselves and our family that will take us waaay past retirement.
What is that skill you ask?
INTERNET MARKETING
See, if you know how to market on the internet (where almost everything is bought and sold now), you can survive anything, even your kids college tuition bill!
By the way, for those of you that have children, the average college tuition bill is $200,000 per kid. Average.

It’s summer here in Palm Springs. It’s hot here. Really hot.
The cool thing about the heat is that there is almost no one that actually spends the summer here. That brings great specials and deals from some of the wonderful restaurants, golf courses and spas here in the Coachella Valley.
Sunday, my husband and I visited the Agua Serena Spa at the Hyatt Regency Grand Champions Resort. We took advantage of the “All About Me” special package ($199 pp) that included two 60 minute treatments (each) and lunch for both of us.
It is a spectacular drive into the resort. We knew that we were going to be in for a treat, because this is one of the top hotels in the Palm Springs area. The landscaping and palm trees are beautifully done and create a beautiful canopy over the drive and valet area.
The spa is set behind the conference area in a building of its own. The welcome atrium is light and full of cool things to buy, but, best of all is that eucalyptus smell. To me, eucalyptus is the smell of r-e-l-a-x-a-t-i-o-n. I could feel myself unwinding as soon as we checked in.
I was whisked into the Ladies Spa area, shown to my locker and left momentarily to change into my robe. The robe, by the way, wasn’t stingy on size. There was plenty of room to sit and lay around without that “gap” in the front where you wonder if any of your private parts are showing. (I found out later that the same is true with the men’s robes.)
As soon as I was changed, I was giving a very nice tour of the steam room, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor showers, outdoor and indoor relaxing areas, etc. Everything was beautifully done in peaceful colors and top quality furnishings.
I relaxed in the eucalyptus steam room and then took a quick shower to prepare for my first treatment – massage. When it was time, the attendant came and found me and took me to where my husband and our masseuses were waiting.
We both (my husband and I) loved our massages. We agreed that the mental and physical benefits were worth getting massages more often.
After our massages, it was time for lunch from the Spa Bites menu. It was a very nice spa lunch. Don’t expect to order hamburgers and nachos, because the menu has only fresh and healthy items. Very nice.
Next, I spent some time in the relaxation room with the latest design mags from Los Angeles.
It felt like only moments before I was called for my facial. I had elected to experience the “Organic Firming Facial.” My facialist was wonderful, had a really interesting story and my face felt amazing when I was done. It is now five days later and my skin still feels firmer and softer. All the products that Agua Serena uses are organic and the facialist chooses which product line to use based on the specific needs of each customer’s skin. I will definitely go back over and over again for their facials.
Lastly, I continued to unwind in the relaxation area in the ladies spa. There were lots of nibbles and cool drinks available and occasionally someone would come around serving Little Gem tomatoes/mozzarella/basil skewers.
I had a marvelous time, and I could have spent the rest of the day there. I would highly recommend this spa. Just don’t go in a rush. Take your time and relax between treatments.
Thanks so much to all of you that sent me birthday wishes yesterday! Thanks to you and my lovely husband, I had a fabulous birthday!
I received another super-cool gift today that I just HAD to share with you!

There are many parallels between the game of golf and the game of life and some of them are demonstrated in a move that is on my list of “top ten movies to watch” … how’s that for the beginning of a Don Post???
I watched the movie over the weekend (again) and was reminded of some of the messages in it. We sometimes forget that both games are played for the enjoyment of the play and there is not a way to win in either case. Let’s start with a simple examination of golf as a game and I’ll extrapolate into life and show how it all works. Golf is subject to many variables, like the level of expertise of the player(s), the sophistication or lack in their equipment, the wind or weather in general and even a huge factor of chance (we all don’t hit every shot with the same club head speed and precision). So on any given day a group of 4 will all have a relatively different experience – even though the score at the end might be similar. Factor in our personal variables and you can see how the game is to be “played and not won” … it really is not the score that counts it is the experience of the game that is the most important. How we focus on each shot – visualize our ball landing in a certain spot or even dropping in the cup. How our proficiency translates into striking the ball in the same or similar way each time we swing the club. And how much we enjoy or struggle with our own game is a measure of how we play. And, at least for those of us who play the game of golf, how we translate all these details into our “play in the game of life” and whether we focus on our goals and have clarity of our path.
Goal setting in life is similar to taking a shot on the golf course. In both we are focused on where we are going and how it feels when we achieve our goal. We are not paying attention to how someone else is playing (other than as anecdotal evidence of possibilities).
In the end, set your goals, be clear on your rewards and, most importantly, JUST ENJOY THE GAME.
